Shipping Policy


We ship from Sacramento, CA, Monday-Friday.  Orders are shipped via USPS and usually ship within 48 hours of receipt, but sometimes will take longer during peak times. Please allow up to 10 weeks for delivery. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Items in new, unused* and undamaged condition with original packaging purchased from can be returned for a refund or exchange up to 14 days from the date received. Items purchased from other retailers, online or brick and mortar, will need to be returned to their original place of purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please return and we will provide a 100% money back guarantee and refund your order, minus return shipping.

Please fill out the form below to initiate your return. You will receive an email of the completed form with return instructions. You must include the order# on the return label and write reference number on the return package.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend shipping products back to SIPEZY®  via a trackable method such as USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Please retain your tracking number for delivery verification; SIPEZY™ is not responsible for lost packages. If you request an exchange we will cover shipping costs for your new item back to you. For returns or exchanges all original order shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 14 business days once your package arrives at our facility for your return or exchange to be processed. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
