At Sipezy, we take pride in delivering high-quality stainless steel tumblers. However, in the rare case that your order arrives damaged, we offer a replacement.
Replacement Eligibility:
We only offer replacements if the product was delivered damaged.
To qualify:

We may require images or videos to verify the damage before approving a replacement.

Failure to provide proof may result in denial of your request.
Pick Up and Delivery Charges:

All logistics costs (return pick-up and replacement delivery) will be borne by the customer.

We do not provide free return shipping or reverse pick-up.
Non-Replacement Charges:
Replacements will not be issued for:

Minor scratches or imperfections caused during shipping

Damage after delivery due to misuse or mishandling
