Refund Policy

At Sipezy, we take pride in delivering high-quality stainless steel tumblers. However, in the rare case that your order arrives damaged, we offer a replacement.

Replacement Eligibility:

We only offer replacements if the product was delivered damaged.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You may be asked to share clear photos of:

    • The damaged product

    • The outer packaging (including shipping label)

Proof Required:
  • We may require images or videos to verify the damage before approving a replacement.

  • Failure to provide proof may result in denial of your request.

Pick Up and Delivery Charges:
  • All logistics costs (return pick-up and replacement delivery) will be borne by the customer.

  • We do not provide free return shipping or reverse pick-up.

Non-Replacement Charges:

Replacements will not be issued for:

  • Minor scratches or imperfections caused during shipping

  • Damage after delivery due to misuse or mishandling

  • Change of mind or dislike of color/design

How to Request a Replacement:

Please email us at sipezyofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Required photos as mentioned above
