  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Within India:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available in your region): 2–3 business days

International Orders:

  • Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days​

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sipezyofficial@gmail.com. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
